This 2-day course takes you through the systematic process of preparing and scheduling a performance appraisal interview. It provides you with the steps required to conduct an effective performance appraisal interview, guides you through the various methods to encourage staff­ development, and finally explores the types of reward or recognition you can use to increase staff motivation and satisfaction

Once you have mastered the steps in each section, you will be con?dent in developing and executing an e­ffective performance appraisal system that will help your sta­ff or colleagues grow together with your company. 

Through our experiential classroom training, learners will learn how to:

  • Plan/Schedule performance appraisals
  • Conduct Performance appraisal interviews

Mode of  Assessment: 
At the end of the course, learners are required to complete a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes of summative assessment, comprising a written assessment, role plays and oral questioning.

Qualification :
Upon successful completion of course and assessment, learners will beawarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

Entry Qualification:
  • Learners must have a minimum pass in English (C6) for GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate and above or its equivalent (i.e. WSQ Work Place Literacy and Numeracy Skills Level 5). 
  • For Learners who do not meet the minimum requirements, an oral interview would be conducted to determine suitability for the course
