Training Centre Manager
Responsibilities:
• Daily operation of training centre, management and business development related activities
• Collaborate marketing and sales efforts and liaising with internal departments to ensure the successful launching of all new courses and development
• Monitor training take-up rate and developing strategies for higher take-up rate
• Liaise with Training Administrator on course curriculum development and identify associate trainers
• Responsible for customer service and corporate account relationships to ensure good service standards
• Monitor trainee’s feedback and evaluation on administration and facilities and follow up on corrective actions if necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma/post graduate degree from recognised institutions or equivalent
• Relevant work experience in area of operations, course administration, training development and management in training or education industries
• Prior work experience in leading a team is essential
• Ability to effectively manage training centre and staff
• Good business acumen with ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
• Possess professional integrity and business ethics
